A residual bequest comes to us after your estate expenses and specific bequests are paid:

The Chesapeake Bay Foundation shall use the assets in a manner they determine most critical in their mission to protect and restore the Chesapeake Bay.

Naming the Chesapeake Bay Foundation as a beneficiary of a specific amount from your estate is easy:

The Chesapeake Bay Foundation shall use the assets in a manner they determine most critical in their mission to protect and restore the Chesapeake Bay.

Contingent Gift Language
