Chesapeake Legacy Circle member Brian Dillistin's passion for the Bay runs deep. From age two, he spent summers at his grandparents' family home on the Corrotoman River in central Virginia. "I was crazy about the water and fascinated with crabs and oysters. My grandfather and other local watermen took me under their wing and shared their passion with me." Building on his 30 years of annual support, Brian has also included CBF in his estate plans. "The Bay is a public resource owned by the citizens and should be protected for all people-not just watermen or waterfront homeowners. How will the next generation enjoy this if we don't conserve, protect, and restore-not just fisheries, but water quality, too?"
